Essay should be 1-3 pages

Qualifications:

-1st year college student

-3.0 or higher GPA from high school

-Most recent report card included with essay

-Acceptance letter & class schedule included with essay

-Full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number included with essay

-Resident of Illinois

Entry Deadline: 

-Mailed to Mamas that Rock: P.O. Box 438935 Chicago, IL 60643

-All entries must be post dated by June 7, 2019

Scholarship award date:

Scholarship winners will be notified by email and all awards will be given out Sunday June 30, 2019 at "Mamas that Rock" event

All winning essays will be read at the "Mamas that Rock" event on June 30th.
